Operating Type
1. Choose the option that makes the most sense for this product.
For example: A fixed attraction such as a museum usually uses Opening Hours while most tours have Fixed Times

5. Availability Notes
You can add availability notes for any situations where the operating times are different from those under Operating Type, then set the date period the note is valid. An example would be; Our 2pm tour on Mondays will not depart during July 2nd and July 12th.

8. Booking Cut-off
If you no longer accept new bookings after a certain period, then you can set that here.
Choose the number of minutes hours / days, and then choose whether that is before the product start time (e.g. tour departure time), or before a fixed time (set as midnight, the start of the day of the product start time)
9. Validity
Set the validity of the tour or activity, whether it is valid from date booked, from when redeemed or only on the date selected during the booking process.
10. Cancellation Policy
This has become the standard from most distributors. 24 hours before the start time, the product can be cancelled for a full refund. Some distributors are even requiring this standard now.
Choose 24 hours if you want to match this standard. Choose another time period if you have one
If your policy is more complex, you can choose the 'Custom' option, and write the full details of your policy in "Cancellation Notes"
None: All sales are final
If this is your policy, you should still add some information in "Cancellation Notes" for exceptional circumstances, or the policy if/for when the product is cancelled by you.

For most distributors, this will be added to the end of the main descripion. Any question that you can answer ahead of time should decrease customer confusion, and also reduce the need for phone calls or emails.
