The Service Disruption announcement allows you to inform resellers or anyone else you would like to inform of any disruptions to your operation. Provide the information you would like to share in the Message field.
Next, select the resellers and add any email addresses you would like to send the information to.
Next you can choose to select the products that are affected although this is optional. We recommend to do this if you have added details of the service disruption in the product details (usually for disruptions lasting a long time). If you choose not to select products, you should list them in the Message field.
On the right you will see a summary of the message you are sending with the recipients, the products affected and the message you want to send.
If you are satisfied with all of the information, click on Send Now and you will see a preview of what the resellers will receive. Click on Send Email at the top to complete the process and send the information.
