The Blocked Dates announcement should be used to inform resellers or any other contacts of upcoming dates where you will not be operating some or all of your services. Provide the information you would like to share in the Message field.
Next, select the resellers and add any email addresses you would like to send the information to.
Next you can choose to select the products that are affected although this is optional.
On the right you will see a summary of the message you are sending with the recipients, the products affected and the message you want to send.
If you are satisfied with all of the information, click on Send Now and you will see a preview of what the resellers will receive. Click on Send Email at the top to complete the process and send the information.
