The New Promotion Announcement allows you to send out promotions you have created to resellers. First you need to have created a promotion to share, see article on how to create a promotion.
The share your Promotion, select any resellers you are connected with as well as any email address you want to send to. You can toggle the advanced switch if you have multiple contacts at a reseller to allow you to select which person in the organization receives the announcement.
The next step is to select the Promotions you would like to share. You can select all at the top if you would like to send all of them. If you have a lot of Promotions set up you can use the search promos field to find the ones you want to send.
When you have finished selecting the promotions you want to share, you can add a message. We have created an automatic message but feel free to add a more personalized one.
On the right side of the page you will see a summary of the announcement you are about to send detailing who will receive it, which products are being shared and the message that will be sent.
If you are satisfied with all of the information, click on Send Now and you will see a preview of what the resellers will receive. Click on Send Email at the top to complete the process and share your promotions.
